Thankfully, there’s an incredibly simple PoE vendor recipe that you can follow to get more Vaal orbs anytime.weapon with +1 to level of chaos gems in this item x. weapon with +1 to level of lightning/fire/cold gems in this item x 1. ruby ring (for +1 to fire gems) or topaz ring (for +1 to lightning gems) or sapphire ring (for +1 to cold gems) orb of alteration ×1.
