The strike deals heavy Electrical damage in an area, so it's best to not clump together with other players during this period. An indicator is placed on the floor, giving some warning to allow you to get out of the way (less time than an Orbital Strike, however).
(Time version only: or until 15 minutes have elapsed.) The simulation lasts until all players are simultaneously defeated. It will be good practice for the battles ahead, and should be good for morale.
